Production time
Initial bracelets are made to order and are normally prepared in 7–14 business days before shipping. Custom project timing is confirmed separately.
Shipping
Available shipping methods, charges, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after the order has been prepared and dispatched.
Order changes
If you need to correct an address or order detail, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after production or dispatch has started.
Returns and exchanges
Please contact the studio before sending an item back so we can review eligibility and provide the correct next step. Made-to-order and customized pieces may have return limitations unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and confirm the appropriate resolution.
